Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $8 USD applies to orders under $100 USD. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $100 USD or more.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number at the email address provided at checkout. You can use the link in the email to track your package and check the latest delivery status at any time.
Delivery Address & Responsibility Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Customs & Import Duties For shipments to certain countries or regions, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
